Question: Would you please begin by giving our Readers an overview of Intelsat General Corporation and its background? Kay Sears: Intelsat General is fully owned subsidiary company of Intelsat, the largest global commercial satellite operator. We were formed back in 2004 to focus on the US Government and its allies and other MoDs around the world because it was a very important and growing market at that time. It also requires some unique capabilities and a unique understanding of the government customers ­ a different customer for the commercial satellite providers.
