11/03/09 Uplogix names Transcendent Global Networks LLC as channel partner
 
Uplogix, the leading provider of secure remote management solutions announced today that Transcendent Global Networks LLC has been named a channel partner with a focus on the Satellite and Energy Markets.
 
“The network management solution from Uplogix is ideally suited for managing satellite equipment and the associated IT infrastructure in remote environments,” said Greg Berlocher, President of Transcendent Global Networks. “The Satellite and Energy Industries both have computer and telecommunication equipment located in rural and remote locations that is difficult to support. Uplogix not only allows you to automate routine device maintenance and recovery, but also monitor and repair your infrastructure when the wide area network is up, or through an out-of-band connection when it’s down.”
 
Transcendent Global Networks has enjoyed early success in their core markets, selling and deploying an Uplogix system to a large natural gas pipeline in Houston, Texas. In addition to supporting the pipeline’s routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, Uplogix developed special drivers to support MDS and Orthogon radio systems.
