A London based business telecommunication provider, Telecoms World Plc, were honoured with winning the Best SME Contact Centre Solution at the highly regarded Comms National Awards, which took place at the Hilton Park Lane, London on October 13th. Their entry in to the category beat 7 other telecom providers; they were also finalists in the special category for Customer Service. The winning award was in recognition for Telecoms World providing innovative and effective contact centre services to their customer, Berkshire NHS Trust.
As specialists in cloud delivered communications and contact centres, Telecoms World demonstrated exceptional success in providing a hosted contact centre solution for the Berkshire NHS Trust. The Comms National Awards, were hosted by TV sports presenter Gabby Logan and are the most coveted and celebrated awards for the telecommunication sector.
