ORBCOMM Inc., a global provider of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, today announced that it will participate in Nasdaq’s closing bell ceremony at Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, New York this afternoon at 4:00 pm ET. The ceremony will begin with remarks from ORBCOMM’s Chief Executive Officer, Marc Eisenberg, who will ring Nasdaq’s closing bell to signal the end of the day’s stock trading session.
ORBCOMM was invited to the Nasdaq ceremony in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of its listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange. The company went public on the Nasdaq Global Market following the successful completion of its Initial Public Offering in November 2006.
