NOORSAT was delighted to have participated at the CABSAT event for the tenth consecutive year. The NOORSAT booth was a hive of activity from start to finish with meetings and visitors eager to find out more about the Company’s services. NOORSAT can enable a seamless and cost-effective transition to HD Direct-To-Home (DTH) TV service without the need to invest large amounts of extra capacity. If you are a broadcaster and you didn’t have the opportunity to speak to a member of the NOORSAT team at CABSAT, feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more information on how to make the switch, cost-effectively. The team was also on hand throughout the show to deliver information and advice on how NOORSAT can help businesses and organisations to extend their communications reach, and fill gaps in infrastructure, using satellite technology. NOORSAT delivers a range of data and telecom services that enable you to achieve reliable coverage. Another major focus for the NOORSAT team at CABSAT was the continuation of its aim to convert channels from SD to HD format. Though 80 percent of viewers are already equipped to receive HD, the region is lagging behind the rest of the world. Of the 1,500 channels broadcasting in the region, less than 3 percent are doing so in HD with many broadcasters deterred by the cost of investing in more capacity. The event this year saw the launch of NOORSAT’s new mobile app. The exciting new app, which may be accessed on both Apple and Android systems, provides key information about NOORSAT and the Company’s satellite coverage, range of services and how to contact the team for an in-depth consultation. So, no matter where you are, information on NOORSAT is never far from reach. To download the app, please visit Google Play or the App Store. Also during the show, NOORSAT was pleased to launch a new look website. The website is packed with news and information on the company, coverage and services and is available to view now at www.noorsat.com. NOORSAT would like to take this opportunity to extend its thanks to everyone that visited the booth during CABSAT 2017. The team looks forward to assisting you and to seeing you all again at CABSAT 2018.
